Summer Reading 2015!

It’s that time of the year again! Our kids are finished with school and summer is just around the corner. But that doesn’t mean you have to put your books down and stop learning! Join us this June and July for a fun-filled summer reading program based around HEROES! That’s right, you, your pets, your family, and your friends are all superheroes in their own way. Check out our activities and schedule for this summer. The blue sheets are for the programs ages 7+ and the red sheets are for ages 6 and under. We will have movie days, video games, reading times, and special guests!

Annual Bake Sale

The library’s annual bake sale was a huge success this year! We want to give a big thank you  to everyone who supported the bake sale this year! We are so grateful to all who donated and bought treats. This year we made more than ever before, $1,110. This great achievement would not have been possible without all the support that received from our fantastic community. We had people in and out of the library all day long buying. Kayla and I even took the bake sale on the road and went around to local businesses to sell. If we didn’t stop by your place be sure to give us a call next year and we will be sure to bring some items for you to choose from.  These funds will be put towards the book return we are trying to purchase. We are still significantly short and we will be continuing to finds ways to raise funds for this project.
